So, I was searching through the forums looking for how to fix an issue I was having with "Totally Overpowered" mission. I spoke to Lark and then saw a marker for Hidden Pirate hideout, but I had to log out before heading that way. Now, I see the POI but the missions doesn't have that update. It just shows me completing the task of talking to Lark. I was naively playing with the 'help pda' commands and accidently cleared story missions 1 and 3. 2 is complete, but 3 isn't starting and going to the Sky Bar and sitting down (after buying a root beer) does nothing. Any help on how to fix this w/o starting over? Thanks! EDIT: To clarify, I typed help pda in the console (without quote) to see what was there but I didn't see a switch to complete a mission.
Use: 'pda rwdchap 5' then quit and resume the savegame. The TOP mission should then work again. ( 5 = the list number of the mission>use 'pda lschaps' to get the full list)
Ah! I didn't quit and resume. Thanks! EDIT: Ok, I tried this when I got home and it said mission reward was granted. I quit out back to the main menu and then resumed the game and it was still the same. Story Chapter 1: Looks like it's never even been started Story Chapter 2: Complete Story Chapter 3: Unstarted and no way to kick start it?
For chapter 3 you need to fly to the Trading Station in the starter planet orbit (see mission description). When you "reward" that mission wiht 'pda rdwchap 5' > then exit and resum and then you need to still go there to activate it. Maybe that is the problem?
