Hi! I'm very new to the game and while really enjoying it (survival), I occasionally notice stuff that seems very out of place. So I hope it's OK to share my thought as I go. This one concerns the Factory. It feels very strange. I would much rather have constructors to take on the role of the Factory: The players places the blueprint frame. Constructors in range of the blueprint frame could set it as their output. Once linked, the player hits a Construct button In case some extra development effort is put to this, the blueprint could be built in real time as the constructor produces the blocks
Lots of players have mentioned how goofy having a magic factory is kind of broken and kills immersion. Plenty of ideas floating around and as much as I'm looking forward to seeing this addressed if CPU-design is any indication it will be awkward and nonsensical which Vermillion will have to begrudgingly fix.
