Buying and selling ships

Why can't I sell my ship in the POI market.
Why can't I buy a ship in the POI market from blueprints?
for game currency.

for example X4 Foundation

 

I really like the idea because the game already have tools to five ship prices. The blueprints have materials and materials have prices. Mabe ships will be idkx2 the price of the materiais because its easier to buy already complete in some shipyard or station

 

This would be a huge addition to late game! Love it!
