Currently the personal can operate survival tools and drills. Why then can't it operate demo charges and weapons. Certainly would be nice to have a helpful companion specially in SP.
If you could use your drone to shoot weapons then you wouldn't personally need to enter combat. You could clear POI's without ever dying.
Well, I couldn't agree with you more. But you do have the paradox that your drone can use a drill. Maybe there would like be some sort of compromise. But then this is a game and only fiction one might say. We already compromise by letting the drone drill for ore 25 meters aways and yet it is magically transmitted into your personal inventory. Crazy man.
