Volumetric lighting in spotlights is still bad

    It's really frustrating that half the time turning on a ship spotlight makes it harder to see and not easier, as if you're turning on a fog machine and not a light. It was bad in 2019. It was bad in 2020. It's still bad now. Maybe not as bad as before, but in my opinion it should be removed unless the weather is actually foggy or stormy.

    It just needs to be tuned more precisely to represent different atmospheric conditions. Not every planet is a dust bowl.
