Hello, We have no plans to increase this limit anymore. You can always use a upload service like OneDrive or GoogleDrive
Ah that is unfortunate to hear as hosting the files elsewhere leaves out a lot of people who aren't capable or comfortable doing that to play a scenario. For the OP, you can try downgrading or compressing your textures and audio in your scenario.
