The lifetime of the summoned NPC ships, after the core is destroyed.

    The problem is with the lifetime of the summoned NPC ships, they disappear 30 seconds after the core is destroyed, respectively, the player does not have time to take anything from them.
    This applies to NPC ships called on alert from the base, as well as to those called using PDA.

    It is necessary to increase the self-destruction time after the destruction of the core to at least 10 minutes.

    To overcome this, I fly out of sight, out of render range, about 10km or so, then I return. All time limitations are then removed. That's not intended, it's some side effect and I hope they don't fix it...

    I want to make an event with the invasion of NPCs on spaceships. But, it loses its meaning if after the core damage the enemy ship disappears very quickly. If you give the player 10 minutes or more, it would be very good)

    Usually you get a message onscreen telling you that the ship commander has initiated the self-destruct mechanism of his ship. Your time to loot the ship is then limited but you can still do my trick above. If you leave the game session and reload the ship will usually be gone.
    If you take too long to core the ship it may warp away leaving you alone in space, you get somewhat more time after coring the ship, not much though.

    I'd rather request this as a setting / config option.
    intDestroyNPCSelfDestruct: 30 -- This controls how long till a coreless NPC ship is removed from playfield. Changing this can have severe performance hit.

    Additionally / alternatively: I'd like to have buildable shipyards.
    Setup a big space station base, place a shipyard block, and if it's empty, coring an hostile ship would collect and deposit a ship to your shipyard.
    You could build big and have many shipyard blocks.

    Would be nice if they allowed you to capture a hostile CV and let you keep it as yours. I purpose a suggestion as if you can hunt down and disable the self destruct device and put your own core in you can claim it as yours.

    Having it just blow up or vanish no matter what in not really realistic. It would open a lot of options for boarding parties and try to capture the CV. I can only see it blowing up if you fail to stop the self destruct device in time. I would like to see this get reworked cause it would be nice to claim a enemy ship as your own if you fought for it.
