Hi guys, I'm having some trouble with a copy claim on one of my Empyrion streams for a bit of in-game music. The claim comes from; Santhosh Narayanan The track they are claiming is called "The Darkest Hour" according to them. You can hear the music here in this section of my stream: I have already disputed the claim, stating the music is in-game and licensed by Eleon but they have rejected that dispute and are continuing their claim on my content. If I appeal their dispute they could Strike my channel which is a BIG problem for me as it will flag my channel for possible copyright abuse and 3 strikes and my channel gets deleted. So, what I need ideally is written confirmation and proof the music they are claiming is actually owned and licensed by Eleon and I have permission to use it in my Empyrion content. I can then go to YouTube and get them to take down the claim. Can you help me please? Thanks Spanj
Assuming this is all licensed to Eleon, You should know this guy is ripping off your music and claiming it as his. Found this on youtube, about 1 minute in it turns into the music from the game.

Hello, It took us abit but we found the package where the song is coming from https://assetstore.unity.com/packages/audio/ambient/sci-fi/drones-dark-ambience-01-214525 You can use this in your claim, it shows who made it, the lisence and the release date This will also show that the guy who claims to have made the video is plain out stealing work and calls it his We also have here a video where you hear the song: The upload date from youtube should tell enough 7 may 2018 Also way before this guy claims to have made the song We hope with this info you can win your case Taelyn

Someone seems to claim again copyright this time on your last Play through Stream on Twitch posted today
It was the Stream on Twitch about your "New Boat" 6 Days ago. At about 1:41:00 it states that there seems to contain music under copyright or owned by third party. Comparing it with the timestamp on Youtube I can only make out the howling of the wind and a very faint music.
