Wondering if this is a bug or simply an oversight on my part. In the past I was able to get to this container via a trap door behind it on the wall. That method was pretty easy, and appears to be plugged in the latest version of the POI ... but (after a lot of checking with multitool) and GM'ing my way around the area and can't find a clear path or damaged blocks to get me in there- this seems to be how to get to the lower levels so I'm blocked. Is there another way to the lower levels of the POI that I've missed? I'd take a hint at this point... 8^)
In the lower part of the POI, after you have crawled through the ducts, and dropped back down, there is a grate in the ceiling (above the row of containers). Blow or shoot out the grate and this gives access to a tunnel upwards that leads to this container. There should also be a switch in one of the rooms to the side that blows up the covering blocks that gives access to the lower part of the poi.
