First of all, THANK YOU DEVS!! for creating the game ive always wanted to play! Regardless of my suggestions, keep up the great work!! Okay, letme start out with what makes EGS so unique and amazing: A VASTLY HUGE dynamic multiplayer universe Planet to Space transitions with no cut screens and very little disruption to the experience The building/crafting system [ships, bases, etc...] dynamic enough for an almost infinite possibilities Unique ability to modify territory, build underground bases etc... ROBUST player driven workshop EXCELLENT player driven scenario workshop complex systems that take skill and time to develop However, here are some of the needs the game has: The graphics, sounds, and animations showing their age AI also clunky, a bit dated somewhat repetative experiences on procedurally generated systems beyond a certain level of experience very limited crafting of tools not many tools for managing player created "factions" Here are some suggestions! Okay, im going to say it-- work on an updated platform/engine informed by everything your team has learned over the past decade! Team up with another studio. I LOVE the BIO-Hunger/food, ,SURVIVAL systems and Graphics of SCUM. And.. A hybrid of Empryion and SCUM would be my dream game. *!Create a means of submitting Player Crafted Systems that are "approved by devs" that will appear in world for players to discover with an Incentive Program to foster growth [this will grow interesting planets/habitats and reduce repetative somewhat predictable procedurally generated landscapes] !*To mark the occasion of first contact and bragging rights, First Players to discover a System, planet etc... gets a 1x naming rights. Increase and expand clothing and equipment selections/options. I.e. "head" , "backpack", "feet", "chest" etc. .. [again, create player driven studio/workship to facilitate wide range of "fashions"] Develop a player submitted driven system for bounty hunting Design at LEAST two distinctly different player factions that are permenently hostile to one another [to facilitate more pvp scenarios] with "SAFE" from pvp starting zone areas. Design a system where, player factions can acquire "control" of neighboring star systems upon completion of a very difficult scenario [should typically require multiple players to "win"] this would increase incentive for players to team up, exolore, and a purpose to fight other player faction design in game voice chat! design player "store/shopping" equipment that is location storefront specific to use. design "player" ID sensor equipment, so players can review who stopped by their base ;-) I know all of this is pie in the sky. But honestly, with the miracles you have achieved with the current hardware limitations--- Theres nobody in the galaxy more qualified to try than your dev team Thanks for the game!! keep up the great work!!
