make each empty sector's day night cycle overridable

    such that people can create "rotating" bases in those empty sectors

    or create empty sectors that are specifically "rotating empty sectors" in which day night cycle is faster by an arbitrary amount

    maybe let the players build a ba block that defines how fast that cycle is in "rotating empty sectors"

    Wont work in multiplayer. The game time is managed by the server and synced to the clients.
    If many players build such a block in the same playfield then what one should be used :)

    As many systems depend on the same time system, it would only open a door to exploids
