Started a casual server with a few friends earlier this week. We're friendly, and we're welcoming new players to join the server! Here are some of the details: - PVE starter planets (Akua, Omicron) and all planetary orbits (for now - may alter later on for some sweet capital vessel PVP) - PVP on all other planets (you've been warned) - 16 slots - small, but large enough for some inter-faction fun; if there is demand (and donation) I can increase the size - The admin faction (Falconpoops) is willing to help out any newbies, as a few of us are new to the game as well; we won't babysit, but we're willing to help out when needed - No planned wipes unless an update requires it - structures without a core will be deleted after several hours, so make sure your stuff has a core (pretty basic) - No real rules for now other than DBAA (Don't Be An Asshole) - if people start being assholes, we'll start making rules, but we don't want to make rules, so don't be an asshole If you have any questions, comment below or shoot me a message on Steam! Sorry about that! I'm restarting the server. I think the hosting site has been having some issues lately because it's gone down twice in the past three days and has never gone down before that.
It's a joke from when my buddy and I used to play Life is Feudal together. We gave both of our characters the surname "Falconpoops" - we were Hector and Axel Falconpoops. He and I put up this server together, and we couldn't think of another name (and didn't really want to go through the effort), so we settled on Falconpoops.
Hello, my clan and I have put in some serious hours over the last 3 days on your server, when it works, its nice, however the last 2 days have been plagued by the server crashing randomly. It just crashed again about 1 hour prior to this post (right when I was just saving my blueprint too). Not sure what is causing this but it sure is annoying, and as of this post the server is still down, thanks in advance!
Sorry about the repeated crashes, everyone! I put in a ticket with the server host, so hopefully they'll be able to do something to improve the server stability. I suspect there may be a bug in the game, introduced in a recent update, that's causing the server to crash. Please take note if you are on the server when it crashes of what you were doing/what was going on, if you can. Hopefully either the server host or Empyrion devs will resolve this issue - all I can do on my end is restart the server when it goes down.
