I stumbled across this game couple days ago and now I have spent many memorable hours in it and I love it. This is the first game that broke my very long Elite Dangerous exclusive era of PC gaming and left me astonished why I haven't heard this game before. I played Space Engineers a lot before ED, but this game is everything I wished SE would be.

I'm really looking forward to where this game is going and as I learn the ropes, I would like to get in to multiplayer. I would appreciate some guidance with servers, where to go as a newbie? I never played mp in SE because I was affraid if other players would destroy my base and buildings. I don't know exactly how it is with Empyrion, if I join a server, will other players attack to my base? I know there is offline protection, but when I'm online, I'd like just PvE action. No hostilities with players.

All in all, it is really cool that this kind of games come up once in awhile and this game truly lives up to it's promise! Even at this Early Access stage, I have already got my money's worth.

    You are Welcome Scratch !

For a lot of server Akua (one starter planet) is a PVP zone, and you can adjust some base, seat etc for your faction or private use.
    Some other area was PVP.
I just see that you have worte it since 17 days ? So you have probably see it in live.

    Hey there and welcome!

I too played a lot of ED, and SE. I discovered this hidden away gem as well one day, and my brother n I took the plunge, and realized how fun and how much potential this game has. We play on a private server though, so we cannot attest to how the 'other players destroying your stuff' goes in the more public servers. But private MP is really really fun since you basically know everyone, and everyone generally follows a code of conduct.

Hope you have fun with Empyrion and stick around!
