That has to do with the fact that we are having trouble getting registration emails thru, you were the only registered user.

 

Ahh, & even in my case, mine got Spaminated but I knew to check there just in case. Wonder if this means Gmail is more 'lax' about its Email Security...?

We believe it's because we don't have a FQDN registered with ICANN, which places us in the lowest trust category for mail filtering for outbound mail traffic. We are looking at resolving this, but it's more a legal issue than a technical one.

 

You can do this with a subdomain as well. Have to create the A record for the subdomain then an mx record for the subdomain, it may help but iirc there will still be issues unless you are able to set the PTR for the ip as well to point at the A record. Assuming there is access to do this it should whitelist pretty much everywhere.

While I haven't been on here long I can tell by just looking at the home planets that the effort you guys have put in has been outstanding. Seriously, you guys have some of the coolest bases in the game, bar none haha. Some day I'll actually visit for an event >.<

 

I wish ya could be talking about My Base too, but sadly it's still far from complete, cause Combat Steel has come out & I have quite a few Hardened Steel Blocks I can never reach to sub in for Combat Steel Blocks... can't figure out what to do about it... my Base Build is completely Stalled...

 

Do it after the next wipe. No one's going to attack you anyways. And if they do so what!!

 

You forget, I have both OCD & Paranoia Problems. Someone just had to mention the possibility that PvE Playfields could ever become PvP...

Many thanks to Mech for his Admin aid in helping to recover from the bug damage however much was doable. I'm working on Re-Ammoing & Re-Gearing my replacement Iji & poor chad has had to face the cold reality that he'll have to say farewell to his old Pre-Alpha BP & will have to cook up a new one fully Post-Alpha Built. On the bright side, Iji waits with bated breath for if this new Creation could become a potential new worthy Rival... something currently lacked.

Edit: Oh, also, @piddlefoot my Spawned CV ended up the old version... did ya wanna test your CV vs this version while a chance was available? Need answer in advance so I can know if I should go ahead & Ammo, Fuel, & Gear it exclusively for Test Combat or not. Could be interesting to Record a "Old Build" Combat Vid to compare to the Post-Tweak Build with the Combat Steel & Armored Windows & Doors, & find out if Combat Steel is worth the Mobility Loss or not... If ya decide ya ONLY wanna fight the New One i'll inquire as to if I can get the Old One destroyed & replaced with the New One seems how this one built using the New One Resource Costs so i've technically already legit paid those Resource Costs... but if we decide to put this old one to use i'll go ahead & consider it a functional Vehicle & legit build a new one from scratch.

@Brokenshakles I can't get Logged In on the new RvB Site... was my Account blown up in the Site Change & do I need to Re-Register? I'd swear my User Name on there was Tyrax Lightning...

 

Yea, I created a new db for the new forum, so its a blank slate, create a new account and you should be fine.
