Hi! This is little experiment, I tried to make explorer vessel which could replace CV, it lacks just turrets and Warp drive. Maybe in the near future or at least when the galaxy will be opened, can be possible to install Warp drive on the SV's and jump in the solar system between the planets, but even now it is well suited for survival. I set two rocket launchers and two gatling guns, this is only for protection from the drones, and in the back room there are four passenger seats, this is temporary solution, depending on future devices or deco for SV's there will be some free space to set them. This new vessel offers a MUCH nicer look, stylish and effective in combat, it has the mobility needed and the capability to be upgraded to become more than just a starter vessel. Its incredibly cheap design allows you to use it and abuse it without worry, did your ship get blown up? No worries, with less than 450 iron cost, it makes it an awesome introduction. =============================================================== All priority containers have been embedded into the body. To access containers , simply walk up to the vessel or enter the cockpit and press "P" by default to open the control panel, You can then access any container as if you were to manually activate it. This was a design decision to reduce the loss of important materials during every day use and gives it a technical advantage over designs with open containment. =============================================================== ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Oxygen Station is located directly behind the cockpit, you can access it via the shutter directly on top for easy access while still being protected from the elements. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- As with all of my designs, your welcome to modify or build onto, but please make sure you leave proper credit and a link back to the orriginal design. Lookin good, though I hope those Rockets won't self-hit the Ship if firing while hard raising up or dropping down + flying forward fast. Also it looks like a Pirate Ship, I can imagine a Mad Max-lookin Space Dude wearing a Space Helm that looks like a Hockey Mask riding in that thing & driving the Ship & Firing Rockets with their Left Hand & firing a Shotgun at ya with their right hand at the same time. (& no I don't care if that makes no sense as a strategy, when are Pirates ever logical strategy thinking dudes?)
Ah yes before posting i tested the rockets to ensure they dont hit the sv. Things work great on it and it takes one hell of a punch. We unloaded almost 100 shots of the railgun at a medium distance towards the center of the hull, after 100 shots i was able to get on it, fly it away with enough left to consider it usable. Was very very surprised as to how much it sustained.

Angel Of Death v 1.0 - Over 14,000 blocks - Only 250 Minutes flight time fully fueled - Slightly unwieldy - 18 rocket launchers - Plasma launchers - Why would I build such a monstrosity? This beast may do quite well against the Xenu base if you can get it up to 40 m/s. I could not fit enough engines to do this without it looking awkward. Currently tops at just over 30 m/s..
