Is it just me or looking at this zero => 0 Just feels like the forum font setting is wrong that a 0 looks identical to an o. And that 123456789 has descenders. It's not good on my old eyes at all. Is it user settable?
Theres a few fonts in play on these forums. Its a XenForo setting in the themes. A lot of the nicer looking text is the sans-serif setting. While the message bodies appear to be a serif font of Georgia ....... which is not number friendly. However Georgia as a serif font looks a lot more readable thant Times New Roman variants. So there is that. Hard call on font choices. There are millions to choose from lol. Sometimes I spend a half hour just going through my font list making a single simple graphic header........... o m g.
Users cannot change the theme, but I believe that theme setting are supported in code in the back-end somehow. But I have to ask, in case it is settable but I am missing the menu.
And 94.6% of the statistics found on the net are made up. Personally I dont like cutesy bits on my letters, I "print" and like them very mechanical. But its entirely up to the designer to make the call on choice.
