Hello, a dodgy link is going about spreading the same link automatically to your friends on steam upon clicking on it. Beyond this it is unconfirmed and unknown to what else it does but it can't be good. It looks like this. That's basically it, it appears with the auto message saying Hi Will you exchange these things? (screenshot -dodgy link-) Go trade bro. It was sent to me by a friend, luckily I suspected the dodgy link and didn't click on it. Hopefully nobody else has fallen foul to this.

I find its better to just ignore any and all things like that on steam. Just like 10 years ago having MSN and even further back ICQ etc. Bots take over and not even bots but people spend time just going around mass spamming links etc.
Speaking of virus and malware, every 1 minute i got spammed my massive amount of ads and even i turn on my ads blocker, it's still display more ads and i don't know the perfect software for blocking ads
