Found your spreadsheet for replaceblocks cmd very helpful!
Asked if cmd took Block Id, Pantera said it could here;

Just in case you didn't see it, if you did, or knew this bit & it doesn't fit with your spreadsheet, totally okay of course! :)

  The sheet is a direct port of the localization.csv file in the "Empyrion - Galactic Survival\Content\Extras" directory. Sadly, the file does not include the Block ID.

  ah, ok, sry I was looking at the Config_Example.ecf file where it has this kind of starting line; Block Id: 412, Name: HullCombatFullLarge
  That file also has damage multipliers for hand weapons...
  Trying really hard to not change Shotguns into Armor Block Busters! :)
