I've now managed to get it out of the game but not into the game from discord. what could be the reason?

If the bot is showing offline then either your intents are not correct set or the token is not correct set. After setting in EAH, reboot...

I have also observed this behavior, both as a noticeable stuttering during gameplay for years and as duplicate frames in my recorded videos.
