Dual universe is not a fraud. It's currently in closed pre-alpha and probably has a ways to go until it's in a playable state.
Sounds like an interesting strategy. Perhaps turrets could use some more targeting options but I doubt pvp will really be balanced for awhile....

I think the max structure limit needs to be raised for the server in EAH by a server admin. They actually added a "copy structure limit" function...
I was able to replicate this issue and it's a game bug. The problem seems to be that the YAML POI property "MapDistance" is currently bugged....
