Ok. 'Managed' a game Start on Skilion without dying with 3.6 Rad. I skipped as many Tooltips and Dialogs as possible to get a shower at level 5....

Actually...the meds ARE THERE...not easy to find but it is possible but you will die in equal intervals until you find, i.e., Mushrooms. [ATTACH]...
I deactivated V-Sync for good reasons as I have 90 FPS on max Graphic Settings (ingame 1920x1080 Res)
I can imagine that only when, a fixed RAD Value is in place so the player still feels the glooming threat to die from Radiation but not too fast...
