I figured this out. Have to use the full 3x3 area. DI and looking at the Hydroponics Bay will be off by 1 block. I have to look at the block...
Can't seem to get the hydroponics bays to work in RE2 with a Harvest script in SP. The basic 1x1 hydroponics plots work just fine but the 3x3 ones...
