    If applicable:
    MODIFIED PLAYFIELDS: No

    Reproducibility: Always
    Severity: Trivial, Major

    Type: AIVessels
    Summary: AI vessels still moving.
Description: I took out an AL vessel in space and took out the core when doing it. I was rotating without stoping. I then put a core in it and a generator to get it to stop working. As soon as it powered up it took off like it was still controled by the AI I powered it back off by going into the registry and the control panel. It stopped moving and started rotating again and does not stop rotating. I am working on getting a video of this that will be uploaded to my YouTube later.

Steps to Reproduce: Do the above with ship turrets set to generator only and it was with a harkon sunseeker AL vessel.

here is a link of it moving on it's own. I had to relog and the the ship ended up 5km from me. I had to chase it down.

I have the same problem with AI disabled ships. Just quit the current game and reload, the ship will stay inactive (but it is still a bug in terms of the game is made)

In Kerbal Space program, ships are rotating in the three dimensions, as expected the astrophysics to be... But we have full rcs control to stabilize...

The rotating not that bad but when you core it and it powers back up it takes off just as if you had not done anything to it following the AI path in space. That can be a major issue.
