    Version: alpha 12.0 exp, 2878
    Mode: Survival, Singleplayer
    Server Name: local
    Seed-Id: 104412
    Reproducibility: frequently/always
    Severity: major
    Type: pda, discover entity goals
Summary: cannot find "found" destroyed sv or ore deposits
Steps to Reproduce: So far I can't get the "Find Deposit N" goals in Wildlife Cam to work despite using ship and hand-held "ping" active detectors on new resources or actually mining ore, etc. Likewise the "Discover Destroyed SV" goal in Ancient Revelations didn't register when I arrived at the graveyard, approached the ship, or sat in the pilot seat but on a later visit it did- not sure what changed between first and second visit.

(Later .. same issue with the Talon Monument discover goal- looks like finding stuff is impacted across all the PDA missions)

    Known issue. https://empyriononline.com/threads/...pon-finding-titan-sections.92744/#post-392106

Workaround is once you "discover" the deposits, manually check them off in the mission and it will complete. (I've done this mission multiple times this way in A12 and you will get the credit/rewards/faction status in the end after manually completing it.) All mission objectives are like this currently. (due to the database change apparently)

Still seem to be issues. I started a brand new game, medium difficulty with cpu & weight balance. Activated "Wildlife Cam" and the "Find Deposit" failed on my first try when standing right over it....

... so I gifted myself that one and went to a second deposit to see if digging it out would locate it. It succeeded the mission on approach (no third deposit visited/found) and then hit an exception handler...
