Currently once you produce your SV, base, and CV, there isn't really too much to do with all the loot that you get from POIs, or any reason to mine, loot, or build. You could continue the story line be asking the player to build a base with # apartments, each with a fridge, ventilator, bed, table, etc., and a workshop with 1 of each constructor, and # storage. Verify that they do it, then go to a new system, and have them build something again, but different. Instead of a single base with all of the above, you could even have them build a small town with # houses (bases), a factory (base with storage and constructors, and store, etc. You could even have a major "unexpected" drone attack on the town as soon as it is built (or maybe even just before it is finished) so that if the player didn't build defenses, they have to basically start building all over again. The idea is to give them a reason to go mine, loot, and build. Something like this doesn't require new POIs, or lots of complicated NPC interaction. Just some way f checking that they player built what they were supposed to build.
