I've had two starts now where the wreckage is over 11km away, and impossible to reach before night. I spent most of the day swimming across an ocean (had no idea how big it was because of FOW). Get to land at night, get attacked by 10-12 of those alien bugs, and a minigun drone. I quit and restarted. Now this time the wreckage was about a kilometer away. Just an FYI- perhaps there should be some settings to insure the wreck is a bit closer?
