Rocket Turret unlock level = level 12 but can be crafted on large constructor unlock level 5 Projectile Turret unlock level = level 7 but only craft on advanced constructor unlock level 12 When constructing my cv in game I was not able to offer reasonable defence on a planet until advanced constructor became available, then resources to make advanced constructor were limited again the ability to make the turrets. I just seams slightly out of order. I also note you can build CV mining lasers on a large constructor which are unlock level 25, again appear out of sync with each other. My apologies if this is intentional, however I felt building a CV on planet using salvaged components was limited by this. Deliverance p.s.
