Ok so im using Gportal for my service , I can't seem to get the food consumption and POI respawn to work and so on . Those settings were easy to change in other hosting companies but with Gportal i can not get them to work anyone know how or what file i need to edit using a ftp program ? Or can i simply add them to the settings in there control panel that they use ? thanks
I suspect you can get this to work on gPortal if you keep struggling, but I had trouble with it (after months running a Valheim server there with no issues.) The way the config files in different locations interact is tricky. I switched to a gtxGaming server and found that their better game specific support made it easier to get everything set up correctly, and it has worked great since. Good support there too.
