1.3.2. 3203 If you are in a player faction on a server you need to discover a poi of a faction to 'discover' them, even if they have already been discovered by your faction. This leads to a situation on servers where if you join a faction you will probably not get to discover talon or polaris as other players in your faction have already uncovered their pois on your starting planet. Once a faction has been discovered by a member of a player faction it should count as discovered by all members of that player faction.
