Picked up the Festival Lighting quest and went to get the required items from harvesting cobalt. The game told me I found 3 and to take them back to any farm. Upon arriving at one of the farms, the chief there has no dialogue to turn in the quest at all. Further, the game will no longer offer more quests while this one is stuck. Steps to Reproduce: 1) Go to a Talon farm. Get assigned "Festival Lighting". 2) Collect the required items from cobalt nodes. 3) Attempt to turn it in. No dialogue is available to do so.
Known issue - one of the dialogues has the wrong trigger set. Sry for the inconvenience. Maybe give it a try next week on EXP4. I have reworked it completely and fixed various issues that got reported.
