It has enough spare CPU to switch out the weapons at a higher level for railguns or an additional set of rocket launchers, or you could upgrade the thrusters or armor. It's up to the user to decide which aspect they want to enhance. There's not much internal space left to put anything more than a couple of RCS, but it's more than maneuverable enough as it is out of the box. Has a good amount of cargo, but lacks strong vertical thrusters to lift anything more than an extra ton or two, but won't be much use in a fight while carrying cargo.
