Not a bug Game crash on launch?

I'm guessing this bug is just how the game lets me know that 1.5 experimental is not out yet?

It gives me a box titled Easy Anti-Cheat
Error message - Could not locate game executable entry in the catalogue (Empyrion.exe)

Then the launcher itself reads,
Launch Error
Unrecognized game client. Cannot continue.

Tried validating the files, everything checked out.

 

Yes. The exp branch is so far behind that it's missing EAC updates and shouldn't be used.
