guys i have issue with fps it's only give me 50-48 with max setting without building or doing anything , my pc specs are RTX 2080 32 ram ryzen 9 3950 16 core and 32 thread G7 odyssey monitor i remember having this problem one year ago with the same pc and i remember that i found a way to fix it , but i forget how, by the way i am playing HDR 2k
You forgot to give us OS version and the resolution while in-game. Anyway, for starters: 1.Lower Shadows 2.Lower tree quality 3. Lower SAO Observe FPS while changing settings one by one. Report results.
That's probably normal fps with settings on max while on a planet. That's actually really good frame rate for max settings in 2k.
My advice would be to lower the ingame resolution Your Graphic Card abilities: https://www.techpowerup.com/gpu-specs/geforce-rtx-2080.c3224 So if you run your game on 2560 x 1440 take it one step down to 1980 x 1080
