Hiya, I'm an old school gamer, played Elite when it first came out. Going to be getting Empyrion this weekend and looking forward to trying it out. Really enjoy most any kind of space game, but play a lot of other games as well.
Welcome! I'm an avid sci-fi genre player too. I stumbled across Empyrion one weeked with my brother, and we've been loving it since. The devs are pretty much on top of their game plan too and do well by fixing things along the way. We are excited to see how it turns out.
Welcome Creigg. Old school (and simply old...) player too here. My first sci-fi game was Millenium 2.2 on Atari ST and it's sequel Deuteros. Elite(s) too of course, followed by many others until now and Empyrion.
I played original spy hunter from tape drive on C64. also remember atari console. kids today want them to provide everything instead of seeking out the Charlene and blah blah old man rant. heh.
