My name is Dave and I've just made my pledge on kickstarter. I'm an avid Space Engineers [S.E] player and one of the features I was looking for in S.E., planetary landings, Empyrion has already in place. This was just one of my reason for pledging. Over the years, I've played many games including the original Elite, Frontier and FFE. I ran a disk magazine back in the 90's on the Atari ST platform. These days, I'm more of a casual gamer. I look forward to swapping idea's and suggestions with you all as the Empyrion project develops further.
There has already been a wealth of suggestions posted already. I'm looking forward to seeing what else people can think up. Gotta love the power of multiple minds at work, all with differing idea's.
Weclome friend. Oh god Space Engineers I got something like 800+ Hours on it. Taking a break myself and starting up StarMade till I can get into Empyrion
Thanks Kane . I'm currently on 920+ hours in S.E. Darn that game is a real time sink but, its all good, especially with the API and current MODS. I guess Empyrion is just a natural progression from S.E. for many of us.
Hey David ! I am looking forward to reading through all of the posts you have started. I saw the page and I decided to wait till I have a Lot of time to look through there I want to take my time and really read it all. Thanks a lot for being so dedicated to Empyrion and the community.
