Like i ask in the Subject, i just want to know what is the fastest way to destroy a ship, if i dont need it anymore? I play on a Server, so i can't use the admin Tools (N-Botton). On a small vessel or a smaller base it is easy to destroy it. But what i have to do with a Capital Vessel or a bigger base, is there a way to get rid of it as fast as possible, without special permissions? I could just delete the core and leave it alone, maybe in Space. But this is not the cleanest way and i would have to wait 30days till the Server deletes not used structures. Today i build the Sunseeker (i dont really like it) and just want to destroy it, before i will build the Albatross. It would be nice to get the ressources back, but i dont really need them.
Destroy it If you have admin permissions Console > Destroy ID Replace ID with the Id of the Vessel If you are just a regular player and the Server has EAH (EmpyrionAdminHelper) running CB: Destroy <<< in the GameChat Again replace ID with the Id of the Vessel
The Problem is. The Server is 100% vanilla, no mods, no admin Helper (like it seems). And because this Server is not my own Server, i dont have admin permissions. And with the Multitool T2 it takes so damn long
Then there is no good way then the MultiTool. Perhaps try the ToolTurret for a CV, or HV You could ask the Admin to delete it for you
Just abandon it somewhere.... Maybe cherry pick useful stuff off it (thrusters etc) and leave the carcass. Savaging with tool/tool turret is far too laborious.
As @Taelyn stated above: in a Single Player Games it is quiet Easy to get rid of the unwanted Vessels or Bases by giving the Console Command Destroy..... (ID) On Servers only an Admin can do this.
If you don't care about ressources, the destroy command erases the ship from the playfield, or just abandon it, do you need the space it takes or what's the problem? If you care about ressoures instead, first empty fuel and oxygen tanks, then use a tool turret mounted on a HV with a Harvest container, it erases the parts much faster than a multitool and you get ressources back, if you start shooting away the pieces towards the ground the above structure could collapse and disappear.
