I need to restore my server to a few hours ago. Is this possible? I haven't done any manual backups. Thanks for the help.
This would in that case be a OS question. If you havent set up a backup schedule like with EAH, then you dont have any options right now. Personally using windows server, i have set up Volume Shadow Copy (Computer Management, Shared Folders, Right Click, select Configure Shadow Copies) select your disk where you have the game, dont recommend doing this on same as OS/System. Then set up a suitable schedule. Make sure you deidcate enough room for this when setting up. Using this i have been able to restore whole games to previous states, or individual files, and even missing ships. It gives you acess to select a folder and properties shows you previous versions, and from there you can either restore the whole folder or browse and pick a single file.
