How to ?

how do you install a mod on a server like the lottery mod i would like to use it on my server but no instructions on how to install it .

put the mod's files in the mods folder in their own folder. depending on what the mod's requirements are

you may have to create the folder
...\Empyrion - Dedicated Server\Content\Mods\

for example:
the first few versions of my backpack mod required the mod to be in a folder called Xango because of the way my mod stored data
...Empyrion - Dedicated Server\Content\Mods\Xango
