    MODIFIED PLAYFIELDS: No - default survival, playfield=Orumazaela
    Also default creative, playfield=Temperate Orbit (can't remember seed ID)

    Reproducibility    : Always
    Severity: Minor

    Type: HV in space

    Summary: even with all thrusters and hovers off, HV can move in space.

    Steps to Reproduce: spawn HV in space. Turn off all thrusters and hovers. Move around anyway.
