When you are trying to get out of a static HV or SV you have just parked without powering down, the vehicle settles to the terrain based on the physics and the result is the cockpit changes angle slowly. Even though the vehicle is static to all intents and purposes the movement check still wont let you get out. This is obstructive and hampers gameplay. The test for movement needs to allow angular changes like these when the vehicle is static but prevent getting out while travelling by accident. Suggest adjusting the movement check to achieve this.
