Fixed HV turrets throw off center of mass [7633]

    Summary: Adding symmetric turrets to an HV will result in a non-centered center of mass.

    Description:
    There seems to be another center-of-mass bug related to mounted weapon and tool turrets. See the screenshots and the attached epb for examples. Without the turrets the center of mass is perfectly centered. Adding any turrets to the vehicle in a symmetric fashion results in a left and rear shift in the center of mass. The shift gets worse as you add more turrets, though it appears to stay less than one block.

    Steps to Reproduce:

    Place an HV starter and verify that the center of mass is normal. Now attach any weapon turret to the center or to both sides symmetrically. Note that the center of mass is now shifted to the left and rear of the vehicle.

    Test HV with and without turrets mounted:
