However, when I reload, I insta-die again, and drop another empty backpack right on top of the other backpack. This makes is challenging sometimes to respawn in a challenging environment to get the correct backpack. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Die with contents in inventory 2. Immediately exit your game 3. Resume the save 4. Watch yourself die again and drop another empty backpack
