    Summary: Switching weapons during reload deletes the ammo consumed at the start of the reload instead of returning it.

    Description: Player weapons, SV/HV/CV Manual Fire Weapons delete the ammo consumed at the start of the reload process. I would expect the ammo to be returned to inventory or ammunition controllers if reload process is aborted.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    1) Empty Clip/Manual Fire weapon
    2) Right after reload starts switch weapons
    3) Take note of ammo count before and after
