    No editing, raw footage cut to AVI file uploaded to utube.
    Its not sped up or slowed down at all its raw footage.

    1.7.0 version. SV in Asteroids barrel rolling at 110m/s through the asteroids.

    Ah, so no new changes to make flight any better I see, all the usual annoyances persisting... gotta love how choppy it gets at even a high 100+ fps. Maybe someday they will address all the issues with flight control. Just not in the next patch.

    Makes me wonder what big new thing they ARE tackling though hmmmmmm .... real planets???? OOOO???

    Flight controls probably wont get addressed until the planets are sorted and all the atmospheric conditions are implemented as some of them effect how things work in the air.
    They have air density and some other bits and pieces working for weapons so they appear to be progressing towards it slowly.
    Controls for flight that work on thumb joys or full joy sticks are a fair bit of work from what I can gather, and thats on top of flight control handling of the game engine and how it handles objects in atmospheres. These things have to sync with eachother like butter to bread for it to be a smooth system.
    Im confident that Eleon Game Studio can do this, there programming skills are quite high and they dont seem to lack any confidence with some of the huge features there going to bring to this game in the future. There list of features is massive. Still. !
