We seach three systems, visit every orbit and find no OPV's The only legacy contacts even found are the Infested station POI in the trade station sectors. We quickly de-core and loot those before the patrol vessels can spawn. Other than that the systems are desolate of any OPVs. We saw salvage OBA POIs in a moon sector.
Orbits are set to not have any legacy OPVs I believe. You probably have to go to the legacy homeworld which might not exist if the server is running default MP.
Is it just me or is this a catch 22? They tease Vermillion's new Legacy ship, but legacy space is not setup to spawn them? Where should I go to find legacy if not legacy space?
