every now and than i lost the connection to a empyrion server. When will this issue will be fixed? Or is there something i can do on the client to fix this problem?
Right now, again, lost connection at landing in front of my base. And before (entering the planet): a message with error where i can send an email (button) an two other buttons. When will this be fixed? Here a nice picture after rejoin:
I doubt they can even look into your issue without you at least providing them log files. This can be caused by many issues on your end with your internet. Also, if you are expecting a fix then you should file a bug report and not a general discussion. Make sure to fill out the bug report template correctly or it may be ignored.
Thanks for your answer, but it wont solve the problem. BTW: Its not my internet connection! Its the game.
They can't look into this issue with text alone though, they would at least need your log files. So if you truly believe it is the game and not your internet then you have to report it correctly, unless you don't actually want it to get found and fixed that is.
