Minimal PC specs rised?

Hello, played with my bro ~1 yr ago, his PC was enough to play empyrion, now he can't load any world.
4gb ram, core i3 cpu, win 10.
Errors:

 

4Gb Ram?! It takes 8Gb just to load it, or is that 10Gb? I forget but 4Gb is simply not enough I'm afraid. I'm surprised he could load it a year ago in all honesty.

 

4gb is far too low. That's like the bare minimum for running windows.

 

Can't read the error messages, but I suspect the issue may be related to Windows or drivers first.

What I don't get is that in a posting of yours 2 Years ago you stated to have 16GB Ram...

yes I have 16, my bro had 4, now its 12 and the game is running ok, thx ^_^
