Right now we have nothing to hide a CV behind when it is left behind.
The Hangar Doors are way too small and also strange as the Door Part just disapears into the Frame...

Forcefields would be the Answer, even with the rather clunky going over registry it would be possible to turn them off from a ship, but maybe a remote control block could also be added, or a (virtual) signal logic block that works like a remote between ships and bases.

The Focefield Mk2 would be just like a door, with a signal for opening and a air-seal when powered. they could maybe even have a texture when turned on (texture tool) and become like the normal one when opened.
make them expensive, like lategame Items.

sloso make a even larger version of them and the existing ones, right now I'm using 2 of the biggest ones stacked and its just big enough.

maybe make them be projected away from the emitter like the holo-lcd? so one could make a ceiling without the emmitter things blocking the opening. (or those are Mk3)
