No Structures on Project Eden Starter Jungle Planet?

    I'm running Project Eden with EAH. Every time I start a new server game there are 0/2000 structures as I pan through the starter planets. Must have a checkbox unchecked or wrong/missing number somewhere. Any ideas? All Structures have "Decored" status.

    Structures are not created until you actually enter the playfield for the first time I believe.
