I spawned a fighter. Took it into battle. Got beat up a little. Went to repair it -- no template saved! Doh! Well crap, it's gonna be less work to just tear it down than it will be to figure out what blocks are missing. A feature that auto-saves the template for any newly spawned vehicle would be great. I can always update the template after I add stuff to it if I want.
